Digital Research Computers -- 8K RAM Board
This was DRC's first S-100 board. I
clearly came out in 1977.
The board consisted of 64 21L02 RAM chips. The
board utilized the Phantom line on S-100 pin #67. I
t
had no spectacular features other than its low price, in 1977 of $149 for a
kit.
